Accommodation:

Aspen Adventures Pvt. Ltd. has excellent arrangements of twin bedded tents. Each unit is weather proof and well ventilated with roll up windows. The toilets are attached in each tent & set in western style. The en-suite washroom consists of the following amenities.

Regular cost for 3 days/ 2 nights 6,200.00 per person

Regular cost for 2 days/ 1 night 4,200.00 per person

Price Include

• Non alcoholic welcome drink on arrival
• Accommodation in tents on twin sharing basis
• All meals as mentioned in the plan, lunch is veg and dinners include non veg dishes

CANCELLATIONS

We should be informed of any change in the number of participants or cancellations

immediately and Aspen White Water reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as

per details below. If the cancellation is made:-

• 25 days in advance 0 % cancellation charge
• 14 days in advance 25% Cancellation charge
• 7 days in advance 50% Cancellation charge
• Less than 7 days 100% Cancellation charge

Note: – If any part of package is not availed, refunds cannot be claimed for and neither is any

part of package exchangeable with some other services. Incase extension of a tour is required,

supplement as applicable would be paid directly to us by the clients.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES

Any breakage’s must be reported and paid for. If breakages have not been reported then Aspen

Adventures reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement, payable on demand.

BEHAVIOUR

Unreasonable or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse entry or expel anyone who is behaving badly and causing upset to other holidaymakers. In such cases we will not provide a refund for holiday days lost.
